Konil Paper Industry and Trade Limited Company was established at Gaziantep, Turkey in 2013. Konil Paper was started its activities by trading paper and paper products. In 2019, Konil Paper established a production facility that can produce different grams and sizes of paper at Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone in Turkey after the installation process and R & D studies.
PRODUCTION FACILITY
Our capacity of production is about 30.000/ton annually. Konil Paper produces single-layer ,double-layer or single-layer pigment coated cartons on the back surface with airknife&blade applications for companies that is looking for a good printing for their box and packacing products. The cartons we produce are used in food and cleaning packaging, calendar, brochure, cosmetic electrical – electronic, automotive material packaging.
EKOLOGICAL FACILITY
Our company, which uses 99% recycled paper in its production, works sensitive to the environment and the future with its low energy consumption equipment and natural gas drying system.
Konil Paper Industry and Trade Limited Company was established at Gaziantep, Turkey in 2013. Konil Paper was started its activities by trading paper and paper products. With the investment decision taken in 2018, the foundations of Turkey's first offline coated paper and cardboard plant were laid.The production facility established in Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone started to operate in 2019 and started to produce in different grams and sizes after the installation process and R & D studies.
In our annual paper production capacity of 30.000 tons, we produce chrome cardboard in different grams and different sizes in our latest technology machine line.
It is our multi-layer coated cardboard product that shows high strength in packaging works in the range of 140gr / m2-230gr / m2, gives excellent results in offset printing with less ink, high printing quality and good lacquering.
This is coated, chrome products with high whiteness and high print quality, produced using papers such as fluting and testliner, which are double coated between 140 gr/m2 – 230 gr/m2.
These are high strength, high whiteness and printing quality papers produced with Double Coated applied on Kraft Liner base between 150 gr/m2 – 300 gr/m2.
It is a matte or glossy white paper produced from recycled paper with a single layer coating between 120 gr/m2 and 180 gr/m2.
